Acceptable Use

Version 1 · Last updated 17 May 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your access to and use of our websites, web or mobile applications, digital infrastructure, online communities and related systems (together, the "Platform"). This Policy applies to all users, including those accessing Gymnastics Growth Academy ("GGA"), Gymnastics Leaders ("GL"), GymnasticsOS™ or any other content or services delivered through the Platform, and to anyone joining our launch lists, waiting lists or referral programmes. References to "Programme" have the meaning given in the applicable Membership Terms where such terms apply.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. Breach of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access, withdrawal of certifications, removal from Programmes, forfeiture of referral programme positions or rewards, invoicing for unauthorised usage, and/or legal action.

Lawful Use You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Platform in any way that is fraudulent, misleading, harmful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening or unlawful.

Account Security and Licence Compliance You must keep login credentials confidential and must not share, transfer or permit access to your account by any unauthorised person. Single-user licences (including GGA) are strictly personal and may not be shared under any circumstances. Organisational licences (GL and GymnasticsOS™) are limited to authorised users within the purchasing organisation and subject to any user limits purchased. Circumventing licence restrictions, sharing login credentials, creating multiple accounts to game limits, features or referral mechanics, or attempting to access content beyond your authorised scope constitutes a material breach. We may monitor usage patterns, login activity and access behaviour to identify misuse.

Intellectual Property Protection You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell, license, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any content, materials, frameworks, videos, downloads or resources available through the Platform without prior written consent. You must not record, screen-capture, download (except where expressly permitted), redistribute or publicly display live or recorded sessions. You must not remove copyright notices, branding or proprietary markings.

Automated Access and Scraping You must not use automated systems, bots, crawlers, scrapers, spiders, AI harvesting tools or similar technologies to access, extract, monitor or copy any content, data or materials from the Platform without prior written permission. You must not use Platform content, including text, video, frameworks, structured data or any other material, to train, fine-tune or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model without our express written consent. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive source code, algorithms, proprietary models or frameworks from the Platform.

Data Protection and Personal Data You must not upload, submit or share personal data unless you have a lawful basis to do so and are authorised to share that data. Member Clubs using Gymnastics Leaders or GymnasticsOS™ are responsible for ensuring that any staff or member data uploaded is accurate, lawful and compliant with applicable data protection laws. Where data relates to a child (including any gymnast under the age of 18), the Member Club is responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian consent and complying with applicable safeguarding obligations. You must not upload special category data (including health data, safeguarding records, disciplinary records or criminal data) unless expressly authorised in writing. You must not misuse reporting data, engagement analytics or certification data provided through the Platform.

Community Conduct Where the Platform includes community areas, discussion groups, chat functions, direct messaging, organisational channels or live sessions, you must engage respectfully and professionally. You must not harass, intimidate, threaten, bully, discriminate against or defame other participants. You must not send unsolicited promotional content, mass messaging or commercial solicitations through any messaging feature, including direct messages or club channels. You must not disclose confidential information shared by other participants outside the Programme. You must not share another user's contact details (including phone numbers, email addresses or home addresses) with third parties without their consent. We reserve the right to remove content or participants that breach these standards.

Security and System Integrity You must not introduce malware, viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other harmful material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to servers, databases, systems or infrastructure connected to the Platform. You must not conduct denial-of-service attacks or attempt to disrupt service availability or performance.

Misrepresentation and Certification You must not falsely represent any association, endorsement, accreditation or qualification arising from participation in our Programmes. Certifications must not be described in a way that suggests government regulation, external accreditation or governing body endorsement unless expressly stated by us in writing.

Commercial Misuse You must not use the Platform to promote, market or sell products or services to other participants without prior written consent. This restriction includes the use of in-platform messaging, channels, user profiles or content to solicit business. You must not use Platform content to create competing programmes, derivative courses, or commercial offerings.

Launch Lists and Referral Programmes Where you participate in a launch list, waiting list or referral programme operated by us (including the GymnasticsOS™ launch list), you must do so in good faith. You must not create multiple accounts, submit fake or fabricated signups, use automated tools to generate referrals, incentivise individuals to sign up under false pretences, or otherwise game the referral mechanics. We reserve the right to invalidate any referral activity we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, to remove offending accounts from the list, to forfeit any leaderboard position or associated reward, and to disqualify the responsible user from current and future referral programmes. Leaderboard positions and any associated benefits are provided at our discretion and may be adjusted, withdrawn or modified at any time.

Monitoring and Enforcement We reserve the right to monitor Platform usage for compliance with this Policy, our Membership Terms and applicable law. Where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred, we may suspend or terminate access without notice, withdraw certifications, require purchase of additional licences, invoice for unauthorised usage, restrict reporting access, forfeit referral programme positions, or pursue legal remedies. Serious breaches may be reported to relevant authorities.

Relationship With Other Agreements This Policy forms part of our Website Terms, Membership Terms and any applicable contractual agreement. In the event of conflict, the document most specific to the issue shall prevail.

Changes to This Policy We may update this Policy from time to time. The version published on the Platform at the time of use applies. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
